1. All furniture and appliances are in between 80 % new to
brand new.
2. Full warranty during the term of lease.
3. Pictures for the package list are available under the renter's
request.
4. The rate is on the lease of one year basis.
5. Two months-rental deposit shall be required.
6. 5 % value added tax is for the renter's account.
7. Ting Chuang shall cover the furniture & appliances with
adequate insurance.
8 .Pictures for the required appliances & furniture are
available under renter's request.
9 .The delivery charge for $ 3,000 shall be covered by the renter
,
if the monthly rental faills to reach $ 6,000/ month.
